frustrated ...to borrow Paula's colorful and very apt euphemism. I went online to download a UNGA resolution on dispute settlement for my 24-hour long midterm take-home exam for Panlilio's United Nations class and I got sidetracked. Gadammit... not again! I already spent 2 hours of my the morning in Pancake House making chika with Dad and now I just wasted 2 more hours online dawdling, stalking old flames on friendster and checking out this (very) strange/beautiful site:
